Biomechanics

The application of science to the study of physical motions and forces, and their effect on human anatomy and physiology. Specializing in the analysis and reconstruction of automobile accidents occurring at low to moderate speed in the form of rear-end, frontal, side (T-bone), or sideswipe collision to quantify the severity of the incident in terms of velocity and/or acceleration changes of a vehicle and the occupant(s). The potential for injury is then examined and explained. Our Biomechanical Expertise also includes evaluating causation of workers compensation accidents, commercial/mass transit vehicular accidents, recreational accidents, safety equipment analysis, product and premise liability and medical device design and failure analysis.
